FORMATTING AND SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

  1. Length:

The extended abstract should normally be 2–3 pages, including tables, figures, acknowledgements, and references.

  1. Paper size and margins:

Use A4 paper size. The margins: 2.03 cm left/right and 1.9 cm top/bottom.

  1. Font:

Use Times New Roman throughout the document. Title: 14 pt bold. Author names: 11 pt. Main text: 11 pt. Table and figure captions: 11 pt.

  1. Spacing:

Use single-line spacing and justify the main text. Leave appropriate spacing between sections.

  1. File name:

Use this naming format: IUP2026_ExtendedAbstract_PresenterName_Institution.docx

  1. Language:

The extended abstract may be prepared in English. Ensure grammar, spelling, and terminology are checked before submission.

  1. Originality:

The submitted work must be original and must not contain plagiarized material.

  1. Review:

All submissions are subject to review by the IUP2026 committee. Acceptance may be for a physical or online presentation based on the committee’s decision.

PUBLICATION OPPORTUNITY

Authors of selected extended abstracts will be invited to submit a full manuscript to collaborating MYCITE-indexed journals for consideration.
